I have a Toshiba Satelite L355-S7915. Everytime I try and shut it down it will just restart and Ill get a pop up that says that Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown. When I view the problem details, this is what I get:

    Problem Signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.768.2
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: fe
    BCP1: 00000008
    BCP2: 00000006
    BCP3: 00000006
    BCP4: 87552000
    OS Version: 6_0_6001
    Service Pack: 1.0
    Product: 768_1

    Files that describe the problem:
    C:\\Windows\Minidump\Mini021111-03.dmp
    C:\\Users\Ramos\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-78889-0.sysdata.xml
    C:\\Users\Ramos\AppData\Local\Temp\WERCFBC.tmp.version.txt

Ive been looking around the web and read that its a usb driver issue so I went to my device manager and tried uninstalling everything under Universal Serial Bus contollers and rebooted and let it all install again but it still didnt work. I rarely hook anything up to it other than my phone from time to time the only thing with that is that now it wont detect ANY wireless conections so I can tether off my phone and it wont detect my phone if I plug it up either to use as a modem. So Im lost right now typing all this from my phone. Any other help is appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum Jramos:) Zip the minidump file's and attach with your next post and I or someone else around here will debug it for you.

If there's more than one, attach the latest 3.

The error is caused by usbhub.sys which is the USB driver, all three of them that is.

So do you have a usb hub connected or any usb devices? If there are too many devices the ports can become over loaded.

Go to the manufacturer of your laptop's website, download and install the latest USB and chipset drivers.
