Windows XP Media Center - Windows does not boot, BIOS recognizes the drive, I can boot to a PECD (like the UBCD4Win) and see all the data. I can boot to Recovery Console and do all kinds of fun things.... I've run full chkdsk /r and fixboot and fixmbr and still no boot. I don't get any errors, it simply boots to a blank screen with a cursor blinking in the top left corner. I removed the drive and hooked it up via USB to a different PC and had no problem accessing the drive and its data . . . WTF??!?!!???!!!!? Any ideas will be appreicated. Thanks!

How large is the hard drive?

I stumbled across this interesting post
That's the first time I've seen something like this and I don't really know if it is accurate.

The drive is a 320gb, but it has SP3 installed, and when the drive was initially formatted and a clean OS installed, it was SP2. I'm aware of the SP0/SP1 drive size limits and the potential problems that can arise, but this isn't one of those scenarios. Thanks though!
