Laptop problem

Hey, last year I brought a Laptop from acer and it went wrong so I took it back to them and when I got it back it seemed a few things were missing, card reader and a TV output. I don't really care about that because I never really use it anyways but for some reason I cannot get to go on msn, update my Virus protection not even register windows. I reformated it today and I can access internet explorer, it works! all fine but I might of thought it was something to do with the hardware not the software. the model is an Acer Travelmate 4230, Thanks

I think your issue is with Acer, not MG and anything you do will prejudice your standing with them.

So take you laptop back and get them to fix whatever they didn't before. perhaps a discussion with them would help?

 

Ok thanks anyways I thought it was worth a try, I am going to just take it back to acer, Don't you think it's out of order what they did though :mad

 

Yes I agree the level of service you describe is totally out of order. that's why I suggested to take it back.
