Laptop randomly crashing

    Hi

    My laptop has started radomly crashing / freezing and I cannot find what the problem is.

    It is a Toshiba Equium, about 4 years old. Noticed it happens most when using youtube or google images but can just suddenly die on me when doing nothing.

    Any help appricated.

    What is your exact model of your laptop ? Overheating is a possible thinking of me , what is the surface in which you have your machine ? :wave

    Thanks for the reply.

    How do I find out the exact model?

    I use a laptop cooler with this but it does tend to overheat a lot. However tonight, it was off for 3 hours and it froze about 4 times during the boot up.

    There is a code into the screen panel or there is a code at the bottom of the laptop , the code is one of them !! :wave
