    Hi!

I've downloaded and ran the programs suggested in the "Read Me First Malware Removal Guide". Ive' attached my logs. My laptop is running pretty slow and when I'm on the net, if I use the File Upload function, the folder opens in full screen mode. It won't give me an option to make the window smaller and it won't let me resize it. This just started about 3 days ago and I went online to see if I could find a fix but everything I tried doesn't work. I use Mozilla Firefox for my browser and my laptop is a Dell Inspiron N7110.I'm running Win7 OS. Any suggestions?

AH! I just found out how to make the window resized when uploading files. In the window use Alt Space and I hit 'restore'. Yikes I looked all over for this! But it still seems to be running slow.

Please rerun Hitman and remove this item:

Reboot and rescan with Hitman and attach the new log....be sure to tell me how things are running now.

    Sweet....looking good!!

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    3. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have re-enabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    4. Now go to the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 or 10 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    5. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    6. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:

Thanx a BUNCH! I'll use Malwarebytes per your recommendation. I have Bitdefender Total Security as my antivirus software. I've never gotten a virus or had my PC hacked since I've been using it but I still get pup files every now and then. I have CCleaner but I haven't been running it much - guess I need to do that more often. AND I need to stop ignoring my Bitdefender when it tries to warn me about a website. I've been careless and chosen to go ahead anyway.

Thanx for all the tips on the "How to Protect yourself from malware" page! You guys are AWESOME!!
