Laptop screen problem

Okay this is really wierd. The screen on my laptop keeps shuting off. It can just be sitting and then Black or I can be playing a Game and Black. I can still hear the game playing But the screen's gone. now some times it does it sometimes it dosen't. Also I can close the screen and it will shut off and sometimes it will turn back on other times not. Sometimes after the screen gone and i restart It says "the last few times your computer went on standby it stop responding, would you like to prevent it from going on standby in the future". What the hell is going on. It's very agravating when far into a game a boom no screen and you didn't get to save yet.

 

Could be a loose connection. Does the screen play up in ordinary use? It may be a fault in the game. Maybe uninstall and reinstall the game. Do these problems occur if you plug in an external monitor and play the game. You need to eliminate some possibilities, one at a time, to find the solution. Bazza

no it's not the game add ya it happens even with a regular monitor.

 

Same thing as Bazza,but power options in control panel,make sure they are all set to always on.
