Laptop shutsoff while trying to system restore!

Hello all,

Well it started 3 days ago when i updated firefox and added 2 programs one of them is LizardTech DjVu File and the other is utorrent, i started seeing my computer acting sluggish lagging while i type, i have plenty of memory i don't see why this is happening? i tried a system restore but my pc shuts off on the process can anyone give me some advice or help on what is going on?

Is this the same computer?? You did not get back to post if and how the issue had been resolved

I'm sure you have tried safe mode. Did you disabling all real time security and system monitoring apps?

To get an educated response, you will need to let us know the specification of your hardware and details of the operating system

I'll take the liberty and post your earlier Mgtools (Sys) attachment. Please confirm if this is the same LT.

The "LizardTech DjVu" software sound very interesting and legit.
I do hope you did not get a nasty using utorrent.

Well i did go to the remove malware section of this forum and did what was said to be done for os win xp.

Right now i am running a dell 1501 dell Inspiron laptop, AMD processor, Windows xp

Just a little while ago i tried running my super anti spyware prog under safe mode and the laptop shut off completely the same happened the other day when i tried to system restore

Every time i try typing it lags for a whole second for every character, Can't open Pdf files now neither!!!

The last problem i had around February was that i could not restore to a earlier time with out going into system restore, but from my understanding it was Microsoft fault for that issue.

 

I tried running Mgtools and i get a process.dll error and gives me the option to cancel or debug?
