laptop to tv

I have a asus UL30A
it does not have a port for a big cord, it has 4 usb ports
is there a way to get this thing hooked to my tv?

 

There appears to be several variations on the UL30A. It looks like most have the 15 pin din connector for VGA and some have HDMI. What connections does your TV support?

I dont think it looks like that but it does say HMDI

i have a panasonic 50 plasma TH-50PX60U tv

 

I dont know what the tv supports,, I see HDMI 2 inputs
would I look for the same looking port? or what should I look for on the tv

 

Yes, if you see an HDMI input on your TV it should be like the one of Just Playin. Connecting to that port should works automatically.

I bought a HMDI cable at walmart,the longest they had was 6ft, where can I get a cheap long one? 15ft?
ebay or amazon or does it matter?
