   lord lucan Private First Class

   Cant run any of my programs, i have net only at the moment. Cant open 'my computer' to access system restore.
   Wont let me run anything. i have all the progs needed apart from MG tools.
   Basically it wont let me do anything, including open add/remove progs.
   I had a virus called 'fake alert' at first which stinger found and removed but now i cant open anything.
   Way forward please.

   Download the below file to your Desktop. Once saved on your Desktop, Right click on it and select Install
   
   EXEfix
   
   Then see if you can run EXE files. If you can then move right back into running the steps in the below link, however the first scan I want you to run is Malwarebytes instead of the order in the guide
