Hey i am new, and do not know much about computers but from browsing thise site, looks like a great place to ask for help :)

    I'll cut to the chase..

Long story short my laptop has switchable graphics when i first bought it.

It has ATI Radeon HD 4330 Graphics 512mb

Basically one day my computer stopped working, sent it off to be looked at and turned out to be the graphics card on the motherboard.

So it got sent off to be repaired and the graphics card was 'reballed'. Ever since i got it back its worked fine except my computer acts like the ATI doesn't exsist and doesn't recognise any other graphics apart from the standard mobil chipset one which sucks!

I sent it back to them and they opened it up making sure the graphics card had been reballed and not replaced with some crap and turns out it has been reballed so should work fine.

Ive tryed downloading ATI again (uninstalling and installing) Ive tried downloading updated drivers etc but they don't work as the graphics card they are trying to update isn't recognised.

Not sure why its not picking it up, any help with be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you!
