   bcm, if you are clicking 'i' and it doesn't print, shut down the computer, hold the keyboard at a 90° angle to the desktop and use canned air to clean it out. If that doesn't fix it, try to borrow a friend's keyboard, attach it to your laptop and see if you can type the "i" character.
