Laptop's always shutting off

I have a still kinda new, almost a year old Toshiba A75 Series laptop. Every now and then the laptop would randomly shut off, I assumed it was because it got too hot after I was simultaneously doing a few different things. It started happening more often, so i began to prop the back of the laptop up a little to get some air circulation, I think that seemed to have helped. Now, it turns off very easily, while not even doing anything intensive, like casual internet browsing. Its getting kind of annoying, as it just randomly shuts off and I have to wait a few minutes for it to cool down and reboot. I tried lightly vacuuming it a little, but i don't think that helped much. maybe more vigorous vacuuming? any ideas?

i dont know anything about laptops..BUT maybe its sick of looking a porn all day,so it shuts its self down..J/K i had to add my 2 cents..hopefully someone can help you my friend...

 

first off dont vacuum the notebook. you can short it out due to electrostatic electricity aka. static. use canned air to spray the keyboard, and the fan vent. could be getting too hot. on my laptop i have a cooling vent that i use and its always on to keep it cooler then it would be if i didnt have it. though mine does get a little hot from time to time. i have kept mine on for 2 weeks straight and it hasnt turned off nothing... but yeah most likley gettin too hot...
