laptop's keyboard not working well.

Hi everyone,

I have been having a hard time typing on my computer, I am not
sure if it is malware related or hardware. Whenever I try to type something
in word or any program, it acts very slow and only displays some of the last
letters I have typed, omitting a couple of them. It becomes very frustrating when trying to do anything on the computer that involves typing. I have tried running HijackThis on it to see if there is any malware that could be causing this. This is
