large ammounts of packets normal?

hi their,
Im receiving a large ammount of packets ( about 2k in 30 mins ) from the ip 82.133.85.216 from the ports any where from 1427-1504 . is this normal ? its the same ip from lots of diffrent ports . I found this out while using a packet sniffer that shows all packet sent/recived on your network( i think ). the size of these packets are normaly 1500 but can be smaller . My computer is quite slow (compaired with other comp around same spec)is this affecting it .

yes i do play runescape but currently i am not and still gettting these packets

 

arr yes i i double clicked on the packet and it is to do with runescape , i have some clients on my comp not the offical ones but their still their , ill try removing them and see if they stop .

 

iv deleted and removed all the things i think i have that are to fo with runescape but im still getting the packets

ok thx iv opened up the packet monitor today and seem to be gettting no packets from rs unless im on the website , yes iv uninstalled all rs softwear i can find . Ill do the spywear check like you said.
