Last bit of doubt after having followed cleaning instructions

Hello, I had the "randomsite" (which pops free6.com and others) malware. Went throught most of the steps from "READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal"
In fact got rid off dozens of parasites !!!
Intalled Firefox. And now everything is back to normal.
However, I found out that each time I'm online, the line 017 appears on the HJT log.
See, the 2 logs for comparison.
If someone could please check these logs out ... and let me know if it's all right.

Please in the future, do not post HJT logs unless we ask for them.

It's more than likely your ISP. When you are connected (I assume it is a dialup connection), it will show up. Is the below your ISP?
