Latest W10 Freezes In Screen-saver Mode

I have a 4 screen Desktop with the latest Windows 10 installed, it freezes every time it goes to screen-saver mode. I have the "Power & sleep" screen time out settings to go to that mode after 10 minutes of inactivity and to "never" sleep and no screen saver (I just want the screens black). In the "trial" mode of Windows 10, this was NOT a problem. it would save the screens (to black) and come back with a shake of the mouse. With the New Release, it freezes up. I should also mention I have the "UltraMon" app to manage my screens with.

My old machine, with the same setup has one screen and it does NOT have this problem. I left it running with a program running in the background for 24 hours with no problems.

Has anyone experienced this problem?

Thanks, I will check the graphic cards driver and post then.
I am not using a screen saver (the screens just go to black - OFF by software switch).
Having a screen saver in Windows 7 caused it to freeze as well. found out, setting it up as I described above avoided that.
I went from W7 to W10 (beta), then the "official" W10 release - which are causing all kinds of new problems. I had a folder in a partition of the Taskbar, it disappeared too.

 

Microsoft replied to my query there and pointed me to this solution (sounds very convoluted and not logical for the problem I have).
