leaktest, shields up

Quick couple of questions
I recently ran shields up and port 113 came up as closed, i read about it for a bit but am still unsure of what exactly it all means?

Also i ran leaktest off their website as I wanted to test my firewall i recently configured (OA free) and Comodo BOclean just ate it up as a trojan horse immediately and dispatched it before anything could go down. Is this normal?

Are there any other good sites to test your system on besides shields up as I've read it may be alittle outdated.......
