Microsoft let me download the OS for Windows 7 premium. It is an ISO file and it does not open and play when I insert it in the CD/DVD player and restart. Do I need to download an ISO reader of some sort? If so, does anyone know a good one that does not load my pc with toolbars, junk, etc.?

Did you burn the disk as an image or file?
If it is an image you should be able to browse it and it might autorun when you insert it in a PC with Windows.. if you burned it as a file, then the CD will do nothing and when you browse it you'll see the file as blablabla.iso..
Get ImgBurn and burn the image (what an ISO is) to the disk, then it will boot, etc. I don't think Microsoft let you down on this...lol.

Foogoo, I am guessing I burned it as a file and not an image. Like I said, I am trying to learn how to do all the intuitive stuff Microsoft does not do for me. So, how do I burn it as an image?
