O.K. I would like to start learning how to do more with these wonderful devices. Would computer science be a reasonable step towards achieving that goal or should I try another path?

I would also appreciate any information in regards to programs or websites that are dedicated to teaching people how to program. Preferrably sites that take into account that I am completely illiterate when it comes to programming. Everything I ever learned about computers has mainly come from this site.

    Thanks all!:)
