Since I can't get anywhere with the Lenovo "Support" website (more like NON-support!), I will try here. I bought a Lenovo IdeaPad L340 laptop, running Windows 10 Home, originally S Mode, but I switched out of that as soon as I found out how. 64-bit, x-64-based processor with 8.00 GB RAM. Runs great, easy to do stuff, love it.

But, I have been going nuts TRYING and failing to get a human at Lenovo to give me a DIRECT, helpful answer regarding the ImController. I looked online and found some useful information on what it is (basically useless junk installed by the manufacturer) and what it does (supports Lenovo applications that I don't even have on my system and eats up RAM), but not what I need to know: HOW to remove it. The website said go to Control Panel, click Uninstall a Program, but the program is not on the list of programs.

Please, PLEASE can someone tell me how to get this annoying program off of my computer?

Does this also apply to Lenovo ACPI-Compliant Virtual Power Controller. That is also on the System Devices list.
