Let OnlineArmor block 46ee0603-15f5-4efb-a078-917843b97856.exe ?

OA asked if want to block C:\WINDOWS\Temp\46ee0603-15f5-4efb-a078-917843b97856.exe (screenshot attached).
Tried for web info, but not much help.
Any idea what type of .exe file this might be, and/or where to look for more info ?

So do some cleanup and empty your Windows/Temp folder.

If your security software safely blocks it, it isn't something you want or need on the computer.

Thanks for the reference/info.
Use CCleaner to clean temp files regularly (every couple days or so).
OA asked if want to block, didnt act/recommend one way or other.
Chose to block each time.
Just wondered what type of .exe file/s would have such a weird name, and if there was any chance it may be a 'needed' file... probably not if in /Temp/ ?
