I've never had any problem with my printer before, but since I've printed a few sheets of photo paper, and had to wipe some ink off directly underneath the ink cartridge holder,I can put photo paper in the back and it starts to print, but can't pull the paper down.
I done the cleaning yesterday, and have printed regular pages since then (paper came down o.k) today.
Is a type of roller supposed to be visible in the back of the printer up against the paper?:confused
I never had this trouble until I started using the photo paper.

So you're saying it prints regular paper OK, but it won't print on photo paper because the photo paper doesn't feed? Is that right? I couldn't find a "1200" at the Lexmark web site; all I could find was an "Optra 1200" that is no longer being manufactured. It's a fairly large color laser printer and generally speaking, laser printers shouldn't be fed photo paper....
If you can double-check the model number or post if it's an all-in-one or whatever, please clarify the model..

The number on top is X1270. It's an 'All in one' printer.
