LG 23 LCD E2350V Monitor

    LG 23" LCD Monitor Model #: E2350V
    ISSUE: LINES IN SCREEN

    I recovered this monitor from a recycling center and it has display problem, like a ghost screen image on bottom half of page. Best thing to understand problem is to see a screen shot. Not sure if this falls under Bad-Cap issue or what.
    I have never encountered this issue before on a LCD.

    Its very likely that it is a dead LCD but you could try it way from any magnetic sources?
