Lich King install problem

    Hi

    My brother has been trying to install this game but when it gets to 3% it restarts the computer, he had no problems with the other games and the pc meets the specs of the game and we have lots of free memory. Can anyone suggest what is wrong thx

    What Windows version and Service Pack you using?

    You do have original WoW and The Burning Crusade* expansion already installed dont you as this is only an expansion pack on top of those?

    Is this expansion pack from DVD or Download?

    If you have any error messages which accompanying this restart like a BSOD then please post it, also check Event Viewer for errors around the time of the restart, the Evernt Viwers Application or System logs.
