Limewire Trojans

I am new to this forum, have a confession to make, I downloaded from Limewire and got a nasty trojan that wiped out parts of my hard drive. I am still recovering after spending $$$ to have it removed. I have lost one file in particular, a Word Document that I would like to recover. I hadn't done a backup of the lastest version of this file....(I have learned my lesson). As I try to put things back together, I wonder if there is any way to recover this lost file. Some of my files were recovered by the company who cleaned and recovered by hard drive, but not this one. I have also learned my lesson about using Limewire....NEVER AGAIN!
