Limited access Bonjour related

    Hey guys searched before I posted and didnt find anything related to what I need help with. Im using a windows 7 pc and it connects through my network.It's connected perfectly for months until recently I keep getting limited access. I reset my router,modem, restored my pc to an earlier date,reached the manufacturer (cisco) for warranty help but no dice. Through googling people mentioned somehow about bonjour being he culprit so I removed that and still nothing. I remember this site from using it years ago. Any suggestions?? By the way I'm accessingthis site through my iPhone and I'm using avg2011,malwarebytes, and tuneup utilities.

    Thanks any help appreciated as I am trying to buy my first house and need the web on my pc for finding

    Go to start / run / type in:
    cmd

    When the prompt opens, type in:
    ipconfig /all

    Post the results.

    The field that I typed in blank just means that there is no information provided. Thanks again for your help! Hope you can come up with a solution as to what's wrong because I triesd Everything

    Try connecting directly to your modem. See then if you can get an ip address as you have none from what you posted.

    i keep getting the same results :( physical address says 00-00-00-00-00-00-00 any help or advice on this please??

    Well, that ain't good!! Sounds to me as though your lan card is dead. The only thing I can think of to try is to get a USB WiFi dongle and see if that gets you connected.
