Limited torrent during day, works fine during night. Some way to solve this?

My ISP limits the P2P connections during the day and with my 1Mb connection I can't get more than 10kbps when downloading torrents during the day. After midnight and until midday it downloads fine, but its very annoying to download big files with this problem. Is there a way yo solve this. I read about using Hotspot Shield, and it worked, but I share internet with other pc and the connection sttoped working there. So theres is another way?
I'm from Argentina btw, ISPs here are very very crappy and with the worse upload rate.

 

Some ISP can tell what type of downloading you're doing, and they can throttle the speed accordingly. If you use uTorrent, you can enable encryption so the ISP doesn't recognize your downloads as P2P downloads, therefore they won't throttle the speeds. But the slowness during the day could be due to the volume of network use that takes place during business hours. I've noticed that occasionally our speeds slow down between 4:30pm and 6:30pm when lots of people are coming home from work or just finishing dinner and they go online to check emails or whatever....

Yeah I use the encryption in uTorrent, I think maybe its a problem with the traffic couse I have lot of problems with live messenger during the day too. I have complained a lot of times but they "are trying to do his best" to solve this problems.
