limiting printing on a user basis

    I have a recoh printer and we have one user that prints 3000 pages per month and we would like to restrict his printing to 300 pages per month the printer has a print server in the printer
    all of the workstations are windows 2000 or XP pro we also have a windows 2003 pdc server and file server thanks for any help i can get
