Linksys and DSL

How do I set up a Linksys BEFSR41 router with the static IP addresses given to me by ATT\yahoo DSL? I bridged the modem and conneced the router. All I get is internet access. I can't connect to my PC from the outside even though I port fowarded 3389 Remote desktop. This worked with my old ISP. I don't think I used the correct IP address at the router.

 

How were you connecting to your PC from outside with your old ISP? What software were you using to do that?

 

This is a Small Business Server 2003 and I use the standard remote web workplace, remote desktop and exchange over the internet.
