Yesterday I installed Linux Mint on a IDE HDD but now the disk is not recognized and I cannot boot from it. Any suggestions on getting it to load in the boot menu?

I went to disk management to make the disk active or initialize it but that was not a option for the disk it is on. The disk it is on has not drive path assigned to it either and it does not give me a option to a change letter or path.

Maybe use the mint live portion of the distro to run gparted and see if you can do anything from there.

View attachment 235288 Maybe I also should have mentioned this would be in a dual boot scenario with Windows 10.
