linux drivers and wireless internet.

    does anyone know how to get a linksys wmp11 card to work on a linux machine. im runnin ubuntu linux. but i am finding this a common problem where linux and wireless are not coperating. thank you.

    google for ndiswrapper :) it will allow you to use windows xp drivers under linux :)

    It's been a while since I've used a b card but I think my old wmp11 ran an Orinoco driver in Linux but you had to manualy configure it each time I booted.

    I now use a Linksys WPC55AG and it is now supported at least in Knoppix which is Debian under the Atheros driver. It is directly supported and can connect at G+ speed which is 108
