    :( OK so im running windows xp pro and fedora core 3. I just installed it on my 160 gb and gave linux 10 gb. I boot into linux and its doing the thing where it checks for the hardware. It dosent load the sound card it just keeps checking for it. :( Please reply if you know how to fix this thanks.

    What are your specs, specifically the soundcard. Are you using verbose mode when booting, if so could you let me have the line where it's hanging?
