Liquid metal thermal compound....

This is NOT the same item discussed in one of my other threads (at this link). It is totally different, and this is actually a metallic substance that is brushed on to your CPU for use as thermal paste. It looks like liquid mercury or the stuff that the Terminators are made of in the newer Terminator movies. I wonder if this stuff is electrically conductive?? That could cause serious problems if it is....
