Little help

I'm looking at buying this

A few questions

At the moment i'm running an intel P4 2.8 GHZ with 768mb of ram

1. will the new motherboard be a huge improvement ?

2. will it comfortably run vista?

3. can i run multiple display without a new gfx card (the gfx card i have at the moment is agp the ne mobo dosent have agp )

Vista Ultimate is slower , until you tweak it, unless you buy the home version.
The socket 478 2.8 is pretty nippy, socket 775 is o.k too. Core 2 duo can give very good speeds.
You would notice more in multytasking, and games
