little help

    I have read from other posts that Avast and Sygate are good programs. I have norton internet security 2005. Can i keep norton and use avast and sygate still without removing norton. i think i read somwhere about removing norton when using those programs but i want to make sure i can still keep norton. Also i have looked for a program to make my programs run faster and rebooting my computer faster..any suggestions for that?

    ok if i can only use one firewall and one antivirus..what do you guys think is the best free firewall and antivirus?
