little quirk in IE6 browser

    I have a McAfee virus scan button in my IE toolbar. Problem is, it won't activate a scan from the toolbar like it will from other locations when I initiate a scan. I get a little McAfee popup box that says no items to scan have been selected...please select items to scan. Well there's no further list to view, just an ok to click. Plus I have my scan items checked in my main McAfee application window. Anyone noticed this before with McAfee or any other VS product from your toolbar? :)
