load gui

    I could not get Adobe reader to install + the message was, "can not load gui."
    I installed Java and that enabled the Adobe download manger to function so Adobe reader is operative.
    I write this now because I asked the question elsewhere in M.G. and wanted to tie up loose ends for the person behind me with a similiar problem.
