Can I load Windows XP SP-2 onto a HDD external in a case while using my current PC, then install that drive as an internal to replace the current HDD (it has problems and I don't want to clone it to the external HDD) as a fresh new install? In other words, can I load Windows to another drive instead of pulling the exsisting drive and booting a new HDD loading windows?

    Thank you!!!
