Locate Link Browser

Hello,

I have a problem involving Firefox 3.5 and Outlook 2003. When I click on a link in an email I previously was shown "Locate Link Browser" with the option, in a window, of selecting just about anything on my computer. I could see no relief in that, but somehow I have now pointed any such links in Outlook 2003 to CNN, my home page for Firefox. Can someone get me out of this corner I have painted myself into? Thanks for any assistance.
