Lock Poker

I'm relatively new to the Lock Poker software, but I wasn't having any problems before. All of a sudden, I kept receiving an error message when trying to open it and I don't know what I need to do to fix it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and it is still happening. Here is the error message:

"Cake Poker has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Please let me know what would be some good steps to take to get past this.
