Locked Folder

    Okay, so no one can tell me how to get into my locked folder. Can anyway tell me how to delete it? The error message when I try is 'Cannot delete the file. The item may have already been deleted or moved.' Trouble is it's still taking up 5 Gig.

    have you tried going into safe mode and setting permission? of course it all depends on what OS you have as you can set the permissions in normal mode in 2000pro and most likely XPpro(though ive never used it)

    Did you try emailing the company that makes that software to ask them how you recover your files from the encrypted folder?
