locked out

I received a power book G4 as a gift a few weeks ago. but no instructions or anything else. some A hole stole it from me at work. i got it back but he changed the password and username. consiquently i cant log on. is there anything i can do to fix this problem.

i don't have the OS x cd anymore so that won't work.

 

youll probably have to get one then. You dont have too many options for this kind of stuff.
