Log Help

I need someone that is really good at reading logs. Not just 'ok' because I can't take the risk of F***** up my computer. So anyone that can help it would be GREATLY appreciated. I think I got rid of everything but I just want to get a once over from someone else. Thanks in advance.

My fault. I did see the spyware forum, but I wasn't sure if it should go there only because i figured the spyware forum was for people who are sure they have spyware. I am pretty sure i got rid of it all so i just put it in the lounge. Once again my apologies.
