Logging-on problem

    Has anyone experienced logging-on problems in conjunction with visiting the arcade on M.G?
    I'll explain... During the last two weeks or so, scores have not been retained for a certain game - the game just freezes, although this never used to happen before about two weeks ago.
    Anyway, upon clicking the back key on the browser, I am presented with the M.G message, saying that I am not logged on or that I do not have certain privilages,etc - but of course I have already logged on beforehand, so I don't understand what's happenning here.
    There is nothing more anoying, than playing a gam for half an hour, only to have the score wiped out for no obvious reason.
    Any ideas?

    Many thanks for all your help. I looked at the two threads mentioned - but, dunno... And I posted in the Lounge (incase this was the wrong forum,) as I didn't know which other one was appropriate - i.e; this is not a virus or spyware; so there you go...

    Sorry, must be too early for me and lack of caffiene but I dont get the bit highlighted in bold? the threads mentioned are clear in that

    1. Yes there is a login issue but can be resolved by ticking the Remember Me box as you login ( you may need to clear your cookies first ) see Abbys reply... I not just had a score go missing but had a few very lenghy reply's to tech help questions go, which is why as Abby stated I like others in those cases type the reply in notepad just in case.

    2. The new games do have some faults as not all are compatible with the new VB software ( which has been updated not only for ease of use but for security ) and dont save the high scores in some games,

    Game issues report as MA stated in the thread above and he will get to them as quick as he can.

    The guys at the sharp end take these issues seriously and are trying as quick as possible to get any problems resolved as quick as possible and do know how much the arcade means to some so to that end they are working on it and just need a bit of patience.
