Login Not staying

Hope that this is not a problem. I am starting another thread since the problem I was having in this thread:

has been taken care of, but since then there is another problem. During the prementioned thread where we were having trouble with the 208.... I mentioned that for a while that I would login and if I went to anyother site on the net, and then came back to MG my login was gone and I had to start all over.

Well, since the IP 208... has been straightened out, now the login problem is back. I have not changed the cookie settings or anything else. I can even go to another part of the MG forum like the "drivers" forum, the login ID is gone and I have to start over.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

I faced exactlly the same problem about a week ago. I don't know about that 208 isssue but in Firefox, the browser I am using, it was all because of the cookie options. Are you sure you haven't changed any settings?

Thank you so much for taking time to answer, no haven't changed those settings at all. I also use FF, seems like the "remember me" option seems to work. I never used that one before, but if it works now that is all that counts.
