Hi there, logitech setpoint driver problems.
My MX518 broke, got the MX510 uninstalled old before installing the new set point 4.70. The options to configure the mouse was not there (which l now know theres a problem with) followed the advice on the logitech forums but the drivers will not unistall, this has also caused such a long boot up of my PC. Disabled the KHALMNPR.EXE from start up, no joy, still slow. Still not letting me remove setpoint from add and remove either. Just keep getting an error message. To be honest, l just want all of this off of my PC now, staying away from logitech.
Many thanks for any help in advance.

    Hi

Wild thought is to boot into safe mode (F8 at boot) then try add/remove their as the drivers maybe in use so locked by the system.

Also again in either safe mode or normal mode (try both if one not work) use Revo Uninstaller as it goes further than the applications normal poor uninstaller and tries to remove components from the registry as well which can block a new install.

Also give Ccleaner a run as well as it will mop up any left over temp folders which can house old temp installer files that can cause issue.
