Logmein and teamviewer access problem over wan

Hello from Athens!!Keep the good job!!

I work in an office and we have a hp server with windows 2003 std edition installed on it. I installed logmein and teamviewer in order to access the server remotely from my home but the only operation that works is to see the desktop.

You cannot make operations , like open folders, or mouse click. You can move the cursor very slowly but you cannot make anything else.

We have kaspersky antivirus kit installed but i disabled it and the problem remains.

Over remote desktop (lan operation) it works ok.

So , i need your help...

I'm not familiar with either of those products, but have you tried VNC?

 

Sorry . I see know that this is not the right problem




For example

You open the session and when you click on the start button for example over teamviewer, the server make this movement after 1 minute or more. The same problem appears when you try to work over logmein

Any help ..please?

I'm somewhat familiar with TeamViewer, from a home use perspective--not a corporate perspective. I'm assuming that your organization has some form of technical support from TeamViewer as part of their license. Have you tried contacting support and, if so, what where their recommendations?
