Logon locally, access denied

OS: windows 2003
User Name: PEP_PLUS_USER
Groups: Administrators, Users, Power Users, Admin tool etc.
Server Name: A6100

Login success:

If I give Administrators privileges to PEP_PLUS_USER I am able to login to the server A6100.

Login failed:

I gave Users privileges to PEP_PLUS_USER I am unable to login to the server A6100.

Error Message:

" the local policy of the system does not permit you to logon interactively"



I downloaded ntrights.exe from http://www.petri.co.il/logon_locally_user_right.htm site and I ran "ntrights -u Users +r SeInteractiveLogonRight" command.

Now I am able to login locally with “Users” privileges.

But access is denied for e: drive.


Do you have any idea?

everything is fine what i did. But i forget to give the permission to e:

Sol:
log on as Administrators group user.
right click e drive--> properties-->settings-->add "Users" group there.

There you go.. Problem solved.

 

I tried that, got in as Administrator on Win2000P but still couldn't get into system to make some necessary changes. Mine is a friend's CPU I'm using till my HP arrives. Her daughter did this 2 years ago and no one has used the computer since then. She has all downloads saved to Desk Top, Desktop is restricted to her use as is most everything else. She is not in the city and her password seems to be just clicking on the space or using enter. Don't know if last sentence helps but I am perplexed.
