Like 'AllChars' does. Only AllChars doesn't work in Win 7.

I've tried every tweak I could think of with no luck.

You'd think this would still be a popular task to perform.

    Anything out there?

    Thanks man!

Somehow I've never seen this one.

Looks a bit more complicated than AllChars but looks like it might work for me.

You're welcome. While I haven't used PhraseExpress, it seems more suitable than a regular clipboard extender. Let us know how it works.

PhraseExpress does a lot of things. Many more than I need.

But it includes the one feature I wanted, which is simple text insertion like my name and address.

There are many ways to have it actually trigger the insertion of text but the ones I use are 'immediate insertion' which would be something like typing jqp and 'John Q. Public' is automatically inserted after typing the 'p'.

Another set up would be by 'default delimeter' where after typing jqp a pop up appears offering you the option of hitting a confirmation key to have the phrase inserted (tab key in my case) or if you don't want it inserted the pop up simply disappears after a couple additional keystrokes are typed.

That's pretty much all I've used it for but it has countless other features. One of which is self correcting words that are contractions. Meaning if you type the word dont it will automatically correct it to don't.

No negatives found yet, other than sorting through all the features it has to find the one you want. It offers so many tweaks it's not that easy to set up without learning the options you don't want to use.
