Lookin For Some Freeware....

hey guys;

here's the thing I want to add flash video on my site however I would like to have a program to convert video to flash however there is two catches:
1) I would like a intergraded player (play,stop,pause..etc)
2) it has to be freeware

If your wondering what I mean by intergraded player go check out Sorenson Squeeze (i've done a trial of it)

I want freeware cause my budget is tight and I can't afford no $500 for Sorenson (even though the prog is nice from what I remember from ver 4 demo)

So anythin can help guys.
